DB004H-Epoxy Potting Glue
This product is an environmentally friendly flame-retardant epoxy resin encapsulation AB glue with low viscosity, good fluidity, easy penetration into the gaps of products, and good heat dissipation. It can be cured at room temperature or medium temperature with a moderate curing speed. After curing, there are no bubbles, the surface is smooth, glossy, and has high hardness. The cured product has good acid and alkali resistance, moisture-proof, waterproof, and dust-proof properties, and is resistant to humidity, heat, and atmospheric aging. The cured product has good physical properties such as good insulation, compression resistance, and high bonding strength.
